A few years ago I went on a group trip to the Balkans. I blogged about it on Travelpod, which is another blogging website. Travelpod is now about to close down, and I am now posting all those blog entries here. There is a blog entry per day of the trip. I’m giving links to all blog entries from that trip here as they are all now at the beginning of this blog, where no-one will see them.

What to say?? My full time job is a paediatric nurse in the UK, but my dreams take me far and wide. I love to travel and see the world. I always thought I'd be married with kids by my age (40) but that hasn't happened so I'm taking full advantage of this fact and fulfilling long held dreams to travel and see the countries I have longed to see. In the last few years I have travelled to Russia, Vietnam and Kenya, all of which I had wanted to see for a very long time.
